continual th exercise


second is weightlifting.
i think it just suitable for men. if you have a weak body, you dont need to worry about this. i can improve this one. weightlifting is the exercise need pateint because you can not make your body stronger at one day. you have to pay more time to this one. after a few months you will feel your body is defference. at that time you will have confidence to go out, and anyclothes you want to wear. if you have strong body, you can do well in you job. you have more confidence in that way. that is why appearence is very important to people. lady also need a good body. lady should do the exercise like yoga. yoga is the last thing i want to tell you. it wont take more time. you can do it any time you want to, and it also take less space. you can do it in your room too. you also need to have patient in this case but this one is the relax exercise unlike weightlifting. that is suitable for lady. who wants to have the good body. that is all i want to tell about. i hope you can have a good body. good luck.
